GIFT AID
We are a registered Community Amateur Sports Club and this allows us to enter the Gift Aid Donation Scheme. Gift Aid works by providing income tax relief to individuals on their gift or donation and allowing the recipient CASC to reclaim income tax on the gift from HMRC. E.g. We can claim £2.80 for every £10 donated in this way. In 2009 we were able to claim over £1200 by using this scheme
Donations can be made by forwarding a cheque to the treasurer or can be made on line by Card or Paypal clicking on the button below.
Fundraising is vital to the sucessful running of the Club and takes many forms within the Club. The four main areas are Donations under the Gift Aid Scheme, Box 13, the 200 Club and our Monthly Beer Draw.

Purchasing a ticket for 50p enters you into our weekly draw to win a guaranteed £50 and chance of winning the contents of the box if you can guess the correct key. The box currently stands at £2200 with 4 keys remaining. Tickets can be purchases at the bar or from any committeeman.
